Flash Tutorials for Resellers: Suspending a Hosting Account
Resellers can suspend hosting accounts in Plesk for non-payment or policy violations. Suspended accounts remain in the system but are inaccessible to visitors.
Suspending an Account
- Log into Plesk reseller panel
- Navigate to the client account list
- Select the account to suspend
- Click Suspend
- Confirm the suspension
Unsuspending an Account
To restore access, select the suspended account and click Activate.
